Although an American, Diggs is classified as a Brazilian artist since her most productive years have been in São Paulo, her home since 1985. As an impressionist/ realist artist she does oil paintings of still lifes, portraits and landscapes. Her paintings are in the following museum collections in São Paulo: Museum of Art (MASP), the Museum of Contemporary Art (MAC), the Museum of Brazilian Art (MAB), Casa das Rosas and in private collections in the USA, France, Brazil, England, Portugal and Italy.
